When requesting technical support from Kwikcast, please ensure that you provide the following information to ensure that we are able to handle your problem effectively.

• Your Email Address
• Brief description of the problem
• Approximate date and time the issue occurred
• The steps to reproduce the problem (if known)
• If your problem relates to a specific Kwikcast call, please include the Kwikcast Call ID. You can find the Kwikcast Call ID under the "Call Information" tab in the menu on the left side of the screen when viewing a recording
• Any additional information that you feel may be relevant to the problem
